My relaxation

As you can tell by my pictures (though they be few), I love to walk on the beach to clear my head as well as get some exercise.  I also practice martial arts (licensed tae kwon do instructor).  There's nothing like a good round of sparing to get your blood pumping and your mind focused.

  1. I just started Taekwondo!! My children started first, got their orange belts, and that made me want to do it as well! Haha. No, it was the smiles after the class that made me want to do it too. I love it now! Never done a more thorough work out! The day after my first class was painful. But now I am fine..still panting, though!

  2. Keep up the good work. There is no feeling like your instructor tying on your Black Belt. Just remember, a Black Belt is the beginning of a journey, not the end.
